My connection with Blackberry Smoke began in 2016, when a caricature I drew of the band on tour with Gov’t Mule led to drummer Brit Turner reaching out. That grew over the years with our shared love of art and older cars which he had a few. Brit was also the design force behind the band, and I’m grateful to have collaborated with him on one project. After his passing, I created a few pieces of my own, simply to honor him.
